The APOLLO512-KBR from Ambiq Micro is an ultra-low-power System-on-Chip (SoC) microcontroller featuring an ARM® Cortex®-M4F core processor running at 24MHz. Designed for battery-powered IoT, wearables, and embedded applications, this MCU delivers exceptional performance with 512KB Flash memory and 64KB RAM. The device includes essential peripherals (I2C, SPI, UART/USART) and operates reliably across industrial temperature ranges (-40°C to 85°C). Available in a compact 64-WFBGA package (4.5x4.5mm), the APOLLO512-KBR is RoHS compliant and currently in active production status.
