The INN2125K-TL from Power Integrations is a high-efficiency 20W offline switcher IC from the InnoSwitch™-CE family. This advanced power conversion IC features a 650V breakdown voltage and implements a flyback topology with secondary-side synchronous rectification (SR) for optimal efficiency. Designed for universal input applications, it operates at 100kHz switching frequency with built-in over-temperature and over-voltage protection. The eSOP-R16B surface-mount package supports operation across -40°C to 105°C temperature range, making it ideal for industrial, consumer, and telecom power supply designs. RoHS compliant and available in cut tape or tape & reel packaging.
