The Microsemi A2F060M3E-1TQ144I is a SmartFusion® configurable System-on-Chip (cSoC) that integrates an ARM® Cortex®-M3 microcontroller subsystem with a ProASIC®3 FPGA fabric. This industrial-grade device features 60K gates, 128KB Flash memory, 16KB RAM, and operates at 100MHz. The integrated FPGA provides 1,536 D-flip-flops for custom logic implementation.
