HQICKEY specializes in high-reliability semiconductors for aerospace, automotive, industrial, medical, and telecommunications applications. We supply microcontrollers, memory chips, FPGAs, controllers, and other embedded system components. All product specifications are provided for reference and subject to manufacturer updates.
2. Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide from our locations in the United States, Singapore, and China. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Returns and Warranty
Returns must be authorized in advance by contacting return@hqickey.com. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the specified timeframe. Manufacturer warranties apply to all products. Please refer to individual product documentation for warranty details.
6. Technical Support
Technical support is available through help@hqickey.com. While we strive to provide accurate technical information, final design and application decisions remain the responsibility of the customer.
7. Limitation of Liability
HQICKEY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of HQICKEY or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Governing Law
