The Intel Cyclone 10 LP 10CL006YE144C8G (144-pin EQFP package, low-power and low-cost variant, approximately 6K Logic Elements) is commonly found on third-party and educational development boards (such as the FII-PRA006), rather than on Intel's official Cyclone 10 LP Evaluation Kit (which uses the larger-capacity 10CL025YU256 in a U256 package).

1. Official Intel Cyclone 10 LP FPGA Evaluation Kit (Closest Reference Design)

Intel officially provides complete schematics and design file packages. Although the FPGA part number differs (10CL025 vs. 10CL006), the design principles for power, configuration, clocking, I/O banks, programming circuits, and peripheral interfaces are highly similar and serve as an excellent reference — especially for the power tree, JTAG, configuration Flash, and clock sections. Both belong to the Cyclone 10 LP family, making pinout references within the series applicable.

  • Schematic Download (PDF): c10lp-eval-a1-sch.PDF
  • Complete Kit Design Files ZIP (includes Schematics, BOM, PCB layout, Assembly, and example designs): Available from the Intel download page (filename similar to cyclone10lp-10cl025yu256-eval-*.zip).
  • User Guide: Provides detailed board-level block diagrams, power design, and peripheral interface descriptions — best used alongside the schematics.

Key features of the official board (for reference):

  • FPGA: 10CL025YU256 (your device uses an E144 package with a different pin count and I/O quantity, but core power and configuration are similar).
  • Interfaces: Gigabit Ethernet (RGMII), Arduino UNO-compatible headers, PMOD, HyperRAM, user LEDs/buttons, 50 MHz crystal oscillator + programmable clock, etc.
  • Power: USB 5V or external DC input; onboard multiple Enpirion DC-DC regulators (1.2V core, 3.3V/1.8V I/O, etc.).
  • Configuration: Onboard JTAG (USB Blaster II style) and Active Serial Flash.

You can use the Quartus Pin Planner together with Intel's official 10CL006 E144 Pinout file (search "Pin Information for the Intel Cyclone 10 LP 10CL006 Device" on the Intel website) to adapt the design to your board.
