The FSDH0265RL is a high-performance offline flyback switching regulator from onsemi's FPS™ (Fairchild Power Switch) series, designed for isolated AC-DC power conversion applications up to 27W. This integrated power switch combines a 650V high-voltage MOSFET with a current-mode PWM controller in a compact 8-LSOP surface-mount package.
