The ICE3DS01LG from Infineon Technologies is a high-performance CoolSET®F3 series offline switch IC designed for flyback topology power supplies. This isolated output controller operates with a supply voltage range of 8.5V to 20V and features a 110kHz switching frequency with 72% duty cycle capability. Built-in protection includes current limiting, open loop, overload, over-temperature, and over-voltage safeguards, plus soft-start control. The IC operates across an extended temperature range of -25°C to 130°C (TJ) and comes in a compact surface-mount 8-SOIC (PG-DSO-8) package. Ideal for aerospace, automotive, industrial, medical, and telecom applications requiring long lifecycle components with full traceability and RoHS/REACH compliance.
