The LNK306GN from Power Integrations is a highly integrated offline switcher IC from the LinkSwitch-TN family, designed for non-isolated AC-DC power conversion applications. This advanced power management IC combines a 700V power MOSFET, oscillator, high-voltage switched current source, current limit, and thermal shutdown circuitry in a compact SMD-8B surface mount package.
