The LNK353P from Power Integrations is a high-performance offline switcher IC designed for compact, cost-effective AC-DC power conversion applications up to 4 watts. Part of the proven LinkSwitch-HF family, this integrated solution combines a 700V power MOSFET, oscillator, high-voltage switched current source, current limit, and thermal shutdown circuitry on a single chip.
