The LNK354GN from Power Integrations is a highly integrated offline switcher IC designed for cost-effective, space-saving AC-DC power conversion applications up to 5 watts. Part of the proven LinkSwitch-HF family, this device combines a 700V power MOSFET, oscillator, high-voltage switched current source, current limit, and thermal shutdown circuitry onto a single monolithic IC.
