The LNK520P from Power Integrations is a high-performance integrated offline switcher designed for low-power AC-DC conversion applications. This compact flyback topology IC combines a 700V power MOSFET, oscillator, simple ON/OFF control scheme, high-voltage switched current source, frequency jittering, cycle-by-cycle current limit, and thermal shutdown circuitry onto a single monolithic device.
