The LNK613DG from Power Integrations is a highly integrated offline switcher IC designed for low-power AC-DC conversion applications up to 3.3W. Part of the proven LinkSwitch-II family, this device combines a 700V power MOSFET, oscillator, high-voltage switched current source, current limit, and thermal shutdown circuitry onto a single chip.
