The LNK632DG from Power Integrations is a highly integrated offline switching converter IC from the LinkSwitch-II family, designed for low-power AC/DC flyback applications up to 3.1W. This surface-mount IC features an internal 700V power MOSFET, 105kHz switching frequency, and comprehensive fault protection including current limiting, open loop detection, over-temperature shutdown, and short circuit protection.
