The LNK6668V from Power Integrations is a high-performance integrated flyback switcher designed for isolated AC-DC power conversion applications up to 47W. This LinkSwitch-HP family device combines a 650V power MOSFET, oscillator, high-voltage switched current source, current limit, and thermal shutdown circuitry in a single monolithic IC.
