The TNY280PNAU from Power Integrations is a high-performance offline switcher IC from the TinySwitch-III family, designed for isolated flyback topology power supplies up to 36.5W. This integrated solution combines a 700V power MOSFET, oscillator, high-voltage switched current source, current limit, and thermal shutdown circuitry on a single chip.
