TOP246P - TOPSwitch-GX Offline Switching IC
The TOP246P from Power Integrations is a high-performance offline switching IC from the TOPSwitch-GX family, designed for isolated AC/DC power supply applications up to 34W. This integrated solution combines a 700V power MOSFET, oscillator, high-voltage switched current source, current limit, and thermal shutdown circuitry in a compact 8-DIP through-hole package.
