The TOP257LN from Power Integrations is a high-performance, integrated offline switcher IC from the TOPSwitch-HX family, designed for isolated flyback topology power supplies up to 105W. This device integrates a 700V power MOSFET, oscillator, high-voltage switched current source, current limit, and shutdown circuitry onto a single chip.
