This industrial-grade SoC features 599K+ logic cells, dual ARM Cortex-A53 MPCore processors running at 1.2GHz, and dual ARM Cortex-R5 processors at 500MHz with 256KB RAM. Designed for demanding applications in automotive, aerospace, communications, and industrial automation, it offers extensive connectivity including Ethernet, USB OTG, CANbus, and multiple serial interfaces.
